Built with people who bid for defence tenders
TenderScreen was built together with people who prepare bids for defence and security tenders as their daily work. They tested it on real tenders and told us what a head of sales needs to see before a go/no-go. We changed the analysis until it found the requirements they would have looked for.
Your documents and data
- Public tender documents only. If a document carries a restriction marking (for example NATO RESTRICTED, VS-NfD or "dienesta vajadzībām"), the app refuses to analyse it.
- What you upload stays yours. Documents you upload, and the analysis made from them, are visible only in your account.
- Where it runs. Our server is in the EU (Helsinki, Finland). For the analysis, the documents' text goes to Anthropic's API (USA); under Anthropic's commercial terms it is not used to train models and is deleted within 30 days.
- Your answers are yours. We delete your account and its data on request. More on data and security →
Questions
- Which tenders can you analyse?
- Any EU tender on TED, and a tender with no TED notice if you have its documents. We collect the documents automatically from portals in Latvia, Germany, Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Czechia, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Portugal, Norway and Denmark. Coverage differs by portal. Paste a TED number and we tell you before you pay. For other portals, add the documents yourself or ask our team to fetch them.
- In which languages?
- The documents can be in any EU language. The analysis is in English, and every requirement links to the sentence in the original document.
- How accurate is it?
- It is an AI reading of the documents, made to be checked: each item shows the page it comes from, and you mark what your team has verified. In our blind test it found all 58 exclusion rules of one tender; results on other tenders will differ.
- What does it cost?
- EUR 149 per tender, any size, without VAT; packs from EUR 119 per analysis. You pay by card and get the invoice by e-mail. Our prices exclude VAT. Company in Latvia: we add 21 % VAT, also with a Latvian VAT number (add it at checkout so it is on the invoice). Company in another EU country with a valid VAT number: no VAT is added; we check the number in the EU VAT register (VIES) before you pay and the invoice says reverse charge. EU buyer without a VAT number: we add 21 % VAT. Outside the EU: we don't add VAT. In the United Kingdom we sell to companies only, with a UK VAT number. The payment page shows the final amount before you pay.
- What if the buyer changes the documents?
- We check TED every day. When the buyer publishes something new, you can update the analysis: twice free per tender, then EUR 49. Your answers stay where they were.
- Can colleagues work on the same tender?
- Today an account is for one person. Team accounts are on our list; if you need one now, write to hello@tenderscreen.com.
In a blind test on a real police vest tender, TenderScreen found all 58 exclusion rules of an independent answer key.
One tender, October 2026, judged by a reviewer against a key written by two annotators; 2 of the 58 were graded less severe than the key. Results on other tenders will differ. How to read the resultsTalk to us
